AI-Assisted Micro-Commerce — Polish Market Integration
The Challenge
A non-technical publisher needed a custom storefront for a Polish children's audiobook — with local payment methods (Tpay, Przelewy24, BLIK), parcel locker delivery (InPost Paczkomaty), and full content management without developer involvement.
What I Built / Delivered
Built a custom storefront (Astro 5, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript) on Vercel with Sanity CMS. Integrated Tpay REST API checkout with OAuth token management and MD5 webhook signature verification. InPost GeoWidget for parcel locker selection. SEO-optimised product pages with JSON-LD structured data.
The Outcome
Complete e-commerce solution tailored to the Polish micro-publishing market. Non-technical owner manages all content and fulfils orders independently. AI-assisted development compressed the build to days rather than weeks.
Why This Matters
Good architecture scales down as well as up. The same principles that govern a 5-year enterprise migration apply to a single-title publisher. AI-assisted delivery made the economics viable.
