The Challenge
Running a personal brand alongside full-time employment generates a constant stream of content tasks, email triage, social media scheduling, and operational overhead. Without automation, the brand work either takes over evenings or stalls entirely.
What I Built / Delivered
Built a personal operations hub connecting content pipelines, automation scripts, and AI-assisted workflows. Includes video TTS generation, carousel rendering, Antystyki content watching, chat export tooling, audiobook preparation, meeting-to-task extraction, and a dashboard aggregating all active content domains.
The Outcome
A working system that keeps the personal brand running without manual overhead consuming every evening. Content moves from idea to publication through defined pipelines rather than ad-hoc effort.
Why This Matters
The same automation discipline applied at enterprise scale - except here the "enterprise" is one person. If AI-augmented operations work for a solo practitioner managing 7+ active projects, the patterns transfer directly to teams.
